I would avoid paying for a machine, and invest in a good skin care regimen. This would consist of:
1. Scrub
2. Cleanser
3. Toner
4. and Moisturizer
It needn't be expensive, St. Ives Apricot Scrub and Cream Cleanser are miracle workers. If you follow your regimen religiously, and drink TOO MUCH water, you should see results in within 2 weeks, which is what any product that does the same thing would take. For acne scars, using vitamin e oil directly on the scar will continually and gradually diminish it. For a temporary and immediate fix, try a procuct used for plumping lips, as it stimulates skin to even out. Good luck, and be patient.
